What to bring:
Program/Course materials, roll-up banners (standees), branded tablecloth, branded giveaway items
Accomodation:
Participants at EdExpo Kenya October, 2023 are advised to check in to Four Points by Sheraton Hurlingham on 2nd October, 2023 starting 12.00 noon
Weather:
Nairobi is fairly cold in the mornings so some warm clothing is advised. Carry a jacket or sweater to ward off the chill in the evenings
VISAs:
Participants are advised to obtain their VISA's at the Kenya Embassy/Consulate in their respective countries at least one month before travel to Nairobi. EdExpo Kenya will provide Invitation Letters and VISA Support Letters to assist in the application process
